Search Engine is a full-service staffing company in the business of identifying, locating, and evaluating the strongest people in the field of Information Technology. We work with some of the finest corporations to help them evaluate those who stand out amongst their peers from those who are average in skills.  Search Engine is privately owned by John Favell, and has been in business since 1997.

Search Engine's professional staff consists of individuals with more than 40 years combined work experience in information systems and human resources. Additionally, other members of our team have experience in staffing, marketing, consulting, training and project management.

John Favell began his staffing industry career in 1974.  He was Founder and Former President/CEO of Accounting Principals and Key Temporary Personnel. John also founded and currently serves as President and CEO of MyStaf, Search Engine, and AcctKnowledge, operating multiple offices in 3 states. John's civic involvement has included such organizations as:  The Philbrook Museum of Art, Junior Achievement, American Lung Association and has served as the Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of the American Heart Association.
